CHAMPION BUCKLES WILL BE AWARDED
Dear Contestant
The Marwil Stables Pro Open Timed Event Jackpot will be held Friday, July
9, 2004 at the Lockhart Kiwanis Rodeo Arena in Lockhart, Texas.
The 6 events will be governed by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association
(PRCA) rules and follows:
- NO PHONE ENTRIES
OR PHOTO COPIED ENTRY FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- All contestants
must have a signed Release on file with the Secretary before they are
allowed to compete.
- All contestants'
entry forms must be in before July 3, 2004.
- When
using our Online Entry System and paying with your Visa or MasterCard,
a $5.00 handling fee will be charged to your account. No credit card
payments accepted after July 3, 2004.
- Cash
only, if entry fees are paid on the day of the event. There will
be a $10.00 Administration fee added.
- Decisions
of the judges are Final.
- There will
be no talking to the judges during competition.
- All contestants
must wear western hats and long sleeve shirts.
- All contestants
will be expected to conduct himself/herself as professionals at all times.
- Contestants in the timed events must be ready to enter the box when the
previous animal is being driven from the arena.
- Riding event contestants must be above their stock and ready to get down
when previous ride is completed.
- If a contestant is not ready to compete when the arena is ready, his
stock may be turned out and a no time or no-score will be given.
- 15 & under breakaway and girls barrel race birth certificate required. Age
as of 05-01-04.
- Entry
Fees are NON REFUNDABLE. In the unlikely event the Marwil Pro
Timed Event Jackpot is cancelled, all entry fees paid will be refunded. If
fees were paid by credit card, a credit will be issued back to your
card (excluding the handling fee).
